Standard Setup (Multiple accounts, moderate complexity)

$600 flat fee

Includes:

  • Everything in Basic

  • Beginning balance entries

  • Sales tax setup

  • Up to 2-3 system integrations

  • Recurring transactions setup

  • Invoicing or expense workflows

  • Client walkthrough + Q&A

Advanced Setup (Inventory, job costing, classes, multiple users)

$1,000 flat fee

Includes:

  • Everything in Basic and Standard

  • Inventory or job costing structure

  • Class tracking

  • Custom reporting setup

  • Payroll setup or sync

  • Detailed documentation or SOPs

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Historical data import: $150/hr
